Greg Hall - Director

Design. Strategy.


Greg started B&H Design in 1991 after 11 years working as an Art Director for Advertising Agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi where he won the agency’s first ever Gold Axis. The award was in the category of Graphic Design.For the past 16 years B&H have enjoyed working for New Zealand owned businesses from start up to being leading players in their industries including: ITM, Mondiale Freight Services, Bear Park Franchise Childcare Centres and Linkplas winner of the 2006 North Shore Business of the year and 2006 Plastic Industry Business of the Year. All of their logos designed by B&H at start up and are still clients of Aditude to this day. Aditude (previously B&H) has also worked with multi-nationals; for example L’Oreal for 9 years and Subway (including the new SubCard Loyalty Programme Launch).Greg is also the creator of brand names: SKYWATCH Magazine, ENDURANT Batteries and CONVENDIUM a new Vending System currently being launched.

Carl Fiebig - Director

Account Service. Strategy.


Carl started his career in advertising and marketing 24 years ago. During this time he’s worked at some of the largest multinational agencies and worked on some of the worlds largest brands including: Coca-Cola, Reckitts, 3M, Cathay Pacific, Panasonic, Holden and Skoda,  He co-founded the very successful niche advertising agency ‘Mr Smith’ where he ran the advertising and marketing programs for some of New Zealand’s largest and most trusted franchise business’ - Video Ezy, Harvey World Travel & ITM. Carl’s experience in international brand development strategic models makes him a valuable asset to add to your team and he can provide expert advice in Retail, Branding, FMCG and Franchise marketing.

Gary Cross - Creative direction. Writing. Strategy.


Gary has worked as a copywriter, creative director and account manager in advertising and direct marketing agencies since 1988. In that time he has created campaigns for local businesses and multinationals, across a broad range of industry groups.These have included Westpac, National Australia Bank (for which he won several RSVP Awards), Southern Cross, Fletcher Aluminium, Tasti Products, Diners Club, Sovereign, Cigna, Moneyworks, Powerbase, Unilever, Philips, Telecom, Save The Children Fund (again, winning several RSVP Awards), Dempsey & Wood and Trade Tools.Coming from a direct marketing background means that Gary knows how to write copy that sells; that will motivate the target market to take action. This is complemented by an ability to give a campaign the creative slant that will help it to stand out from the clutter.


Cheryl Elliott - Designer


Cheryl has been with Aditude for the past 3 years. A degree in Graphic Design brought her work experience in Auckland before working in England for 4 years where she worked on: Time Magazine, Coca-Cola, Absolute, Fisher Price and Tag to name a few.


Amanda Frost - Designer


Amanda was with B&H 2 years after finishing her Graphic Design Diploma and then 5 years abroad working in England & South Africa. She has been back with us for the past 8 years.


Sandra Buchanan - Packaging Designer


Sandra is our specialist packaging designer. After completing her Graphic Design degree she has specialised in Packaging Design, working on some of New Zealand’s leading brands she brings 12 years of experience to this very specialised design discipline.


Helena Sustrova - Designer

Helena has been a part of the Aditude team for the last two years. Originally from the Czech Republic Helena emigrated to New Zealand in 1998 where she completed a diploma in Graphic Design and has been working as a Graphic Designer since.
